Is the price all-inclusive?
No, we do not offer all-inclusive, as we do not provide or sell any food or drinks. What is included are; all tables, chairs and neutral colored linens. We also have limited decor to use.
What are your hours?
Tours are by appointment only. Scheduled Thursday through Sunday, depending on scheduled events.
Events can be reserved from 10:00am to 11:00pm. Event end time and music to be off by 10:00pm. All guests must vacate by 11:00 pm.
What’s the rain plan?
The Grove by Event Brothers is an outdoor-only venue. Events take place rain or shine. Tent rentals must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to your event. Availability is limited, so we strongly recommend reserving early during monsoon season. Because weather is unpredictable and outside of our control, we do not offer refunds due to rain or inclement weather. Clients may choose to host their ceremony at an alternate location and still use the venue for their reception if conditions improve.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your favorite vendors. If you need help finding certain vendors, we do have a preferred vendor list of amazing people we have worked with.
Are there restrictions on decorations?
All candles must be in a container that completely surrounds the flame. Also no confetti, glitter, and no sparklers.
What time does music end?
Music must be off at 10:00pm. You will have until 11:00pm to clean up and exit the property.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, alcohol is BYOB only. We do not provide or sell any alcohol and will not be held liable for any alcohol sales or usage.
Is the rehearsal included in the site rental fee?
Yes, the rehearsal is included in our wedding packages. The rehearsal will be held the morning prior to your wedding day. Micro Weddings do not include a rehearsal.
Is set up and breakdown included in the site rental fee and what does that entail?
Yes, The Grove team will set up and break down all of our equipment. Any of your personal items and decor will need to be set up by you/ your decor team.
When can we drop off/ pick up our own decor?
All decor and vendor items must be brought in and taken out on the day of the event only. We do not allow items left on the property outside of the event time and are not responsible for any items left behind.
